One of Miranda Lambert's constant travel companions has come off the road. The singer's first rescue dog, Delilah, no longer rides the bus with her owner from show to show.
Miranda says, "She went everywhere, but she's kind of retired from the road at this point. (Delilah)'s just over it."
The pooch stays with Miranda's grandmother when she's on the road.
The singer still has some furry companions with her to share the miles -- Cher her Chihuahua named Cher and Delta the Chihuahua-pug mix. Miranda said, "They're little bitty dogs, so it's easy to maneuver them."
Last month, Miranda helped kick off Pedigree's Feeding Project, in which one community's pet shelter will recieve a year's supply of dog food.
